Identifying and labeling feelings
Expressing feelings
Assessing the intensity of feelings
Managing feelings
Delaying gratification
Controlling impulses
Reducing stress

Cognitive Skills:

Self-talk – conducting inner dialogue

Behavioral Skills:

Nonverbal – communicating through the body, being aware of the messages one is giving and receiving.
